Day 2 Continue to northern Italy for an overnight stay. B,D Day 3 To Ancona for the overnight ferry crossing to Split in Croatia. B,D Day 4 Mostar Arrive in Split this morning and head to Mostar en route to Dubrovnik for a four-night stay. Mostar is known for the Stari Most Bridge, which became a symbol of the city during the Croatia-Bosnia conflict, when it was totally destroyed. Since then it has been painstakingly rebuilt. Our guided sightseeing tour includes entrance to the Turkish House and Mosque. B,D Day 5 Dubrovnik Enjoy a day at leisure. Dubrovnik has been called ‘the most perfectly preserved medieval town in the world’. Take a walk along the stone ramparts of the city for the best views, then venture inside to experience its many treasures. Our guided city tour will show the main highlights, including the cathedral, Knezev Palace and the Franciscan Monastery. B,D Day 6 Korcula Today we offer an excursion by coach and boat to Korcula, an island rich in fascinating historical influences from the Greeks, Venetians and Turks. Later, enjoy winetasting on the nearby peninsula of Peljesac. B,D Day 7 MontenegroWe offer a full-day excursion to neighbouring Montenegro and the well-preserved city of Kotor. On our return to Dubrovnik we take the ferry from Lepatane to Kamenari. B,D Day 8 Split & Trogir We leave Dubrovnik and head north to Split, where we enjoy a guided tour of the city, exploring the charming old town. We continue to Trogir which enjoys a lovely setting. Overnight in the Sibenik region. B,D Day 9 Sibenik Guided Tour, Krka National Park & Zadar Join a guided tour of Sibenik’s fortified old town, then continue to Krka National Park. Next, we visit Zadar, built on a narrow peninsula extending into the Zadar Channel and enjoy a guided city tour. Overnight in the Zadar/Petrcane region.
